Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Position Available

Afri-Tech is looking for an SDET to design, code, and analyze tests that provide an understanding of the end-to-end product/service experience and quality, as measured against standards and specifications. SDETs actively contribute to product design to drive improvements that delight customers and add value to our Clients organization. They improve the software development process, manage risks and compromises, and diagnose and resolve issues.


We need an experienced Dev & Test engineer with experience on Azure DevOps Services ( TFS etc) and Azure Services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience with Azure Deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Azure Deployments (ARM templates or similar)

  • Azure DevOps (releases, pipelines, builds, test plans)

  • Monitoring (AppInsights)

  • Scripting (Powershell)

  • Experience with Azure container registry, images, VMs and Scale Sets

  • Securing Azure deployments

Must Have

  • 4 - 6 years Azure Dev Ops – Team Foundation Server – Dev. Azure.com

  • 4 - 6 years Azure deployments

  • 4 - 6 years Writing unit test and integration test using C sharp
